Two Way MirrorNOTE: This is an expanded version of a text that originally appeared in my DeviantArt journal on September 14-15, 2005.  It represents an early draft of what will eventually be developed into a longer memoir.

Preface    
    Sunday, September 11th , 2011 marks the 10th anniversary of the worst terrorist attack on American soil, and every year, when this anniversary rolls around, like many other Americans, I find myself overcome by a flood of different emotions--patriotism, anger, sadness, commiseration with the victims' families.  But that is where the similarities end. Nice holiday shot!

Speaking of holiday reflections, hope you didn't find my posting too sappy. But it did sound like you could know that you made a difference in someone else's holiday last year.

Good luck on the grades and for the new 2006 season! Maybe you'll be invited to an Atlanta conference!
